1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Tic Tac Toe, provided by OLD TOWN PHARMACY (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED under the developer name OLD TOWN GAMING. By using the game, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• Guest accounts may be lost if the app is removed, app data is cleared, or the device is changed before the guest account is upgraded.
• Notify us at dev@oldtownpharmacy.shop if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Free Game

Tic Tac Toe is provided free of charge. It does not include advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid game pieces, or other paid features. Internet access and mobile data charges from your own provider may still apply to online features.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the game or interfere with other users. You must not:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate scores, or disrupt multiplayer games.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, or code.
• Use an unlawful, abusive, hateful, deceptive, or infringing username or profile image.
• Upload malware or use the game for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Your Profile Content

You keep ownership of a username or profile image you submit. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, resize, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the game. You confirm that you have the right to use the content. We may remove content or restrict an account that violates these terms.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The game, artwork, software, branding, and other materials supplied by us are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the game for non-commercial entertainment.

8. Online Services and Availability

Online play, accounts, leaderboards, and cloud history require an internet connection and third-party services. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that online opponents, saved data, or the service will always be available or error-free.

9. Suspension and Deletion

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, serious misuse, or repeated violation of these terms. You may delete your account inside the Profile screen or follow the instructions at https://tictac.oldtownpharmacy.shop/delete.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from every error. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of game progress, or loss caused by unavailable networks or third-party services. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country, disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Pakpattan, Punjab, Pakistan.

13. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms for legal, security, or service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The current version will be available in the app and at https://tictac.oldtownpharmacy.shop/terms.
